The solution to going more 'green' when shopping lies in buying less and choosing better quality items that are made as ethically as possible. And luckily for us there are now some really interesting and cool new brands out there that tick all these boxes. 

Those ethical unique buys can be perfect for a day at work or a night out with the girls!

From running LALLAXRR and creating one-off Eco-friendly up-cycled pieces I’ve really enjoyed exploring what other ethical brands are out there and since I first started the choices have grown considerably and I’ve found some really amazing ones.

The first ethical soured brand I came across recently was Om & Ah a combined brand founded by Charlotte and Claire who both share a passion for the love for people’s well-being and comfort. Together they have created a collection which includes ethically sourced apparel and luxury loungewear from T-shirts, jumpers and vests. Perfect when teamed with jeans for work and then with PVC trousers seen here for a night out with the girls!

MATT & NAT

Since 2007 Matt and Nat have been committed to use linings only made out of 100% recycled plastic bottles, they have also recently introduced recycled bicycle tires to their collections and anything with the word recycle in their brand story is my kind of brand.

Rucksacks are so on trend at the minute and that's why Matt & Nat 's beautiful rucksacks caught my eye straight away !

Each season, Matt and Nat continue to explore new innovative ways to remain sustainable and eco-friendly. Over the years, they’ve been experimenting with different recycled materials such as recycled nylons, cardboard, rubber and cork. So shopping green not only helps the planet but while you shop you can look super cool in the process of doing it in work and play!
